The East End-Park Ave neighborhood is renowned for strolling, shopping, and having fun. It is filled with  many exciting destinations – cafes, restaurants, shops, salons, cultural events, museums and galleries, summertime festivals, and vibrant nightlife – all within easy walking and biking distance. 

Nearby Rochester landmarks include The Strong National Museum of Play, The Eastman Theatre and Eastman School of Music, Memorial Art Gallery, Rochester Museum and Science Center, and the George  Eastman House. The Neighborhood of the Arts, NOTA, is also nearby. NOTA is Rochester's arts district and is home to a lot of fun people, great architecture, and nifty public art.  

The Ambassador is conveniently located just on the edge of Downtown Rochester. Our Downtown  is a wonderful crossroads of history, commerce, and architecture! And many iconic Rochester  buildings, parks, churches, and bridges sit right in the heart of  downtown. These beautiful historic and contemporary structures can all be explored further by signing up for any of the walking tours of Downtown Rochester.

The Ambassador Apartments - uniquely located at this fun-filled convergence of the East End, Park Ave and Downtown Rochester - offer residents a variety of amenities and features at a comfortable price point.

Our apartments have beautiful hardwood floors, original decorative moldings, large deep-set windows with lots of light, and original layouts. They have been renovated to provide residents with modern kitchens and bathrooms, and updated appliances. We have an on-site laundry and our rental agreements include heat

and water. Off-street parking is available also for a monthly fee.
